Midwest Rewards Programs/Perks: Midwest Airline's frequent flyer program is called Midwest Miles. You earn miles for flights taken. If you have a Midwest Miles credit card (offered through MasterCard) or use their Partners services, you can earn miles and redeem them for rewards. Midwest Miles’ Executive Program is for those with at least 20,000 miles or 25 one-way trips in a calendar year. Executive members get bonus mileage, award discounts, designated security lines, and special pre-boarding. Midwest’s Member Lounge is called Best Care Club.
